Addiction is a disease and recovery is a life long journey that requires commitment and self love. Often times we tell ourselves, “I just can’t make it” or “I’m not strong enough.” It’s hard to see self worth through the struggles of everyday life. Regaining strength, knowledge, and understanding is a challenge but not impossible. Through personal self exploration and support, finding your value can be achieved. Not there yet? That’s okay! Together, we can figure it out. There is no one size fits all approach to recovery and learning what works for you is how you start to discover who you are again. Be patient and kind with yourself throughout this process and know that you can achieve success.
